Each person may only operate one account — creating multiple accounts is a violation of platform rules and may result in account termination. It is your responsibility to keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential, and you should not share this information with any third party.
For account verification, w830 may request a copy of a valid government-issued ID such as a national identity card or passport. Withdrawal access may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact the w830 support team immediately. What are the rules for payments and transactions?
All transactions on the w830 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. All funds in your account must be managed through payment methods registered in your own name — the use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–5 business days, and may be delayed if KYC verification is not complete. w830 reserves the right to temporarily hold any payment for review if a transaction appears suspicious. All applicable taxes and charges are the user's responsibility, and w830 does not provide tax advice.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
W830 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice under the following circumstances. Immediate action will be taken in cases of multiple account usage, fraudulent activity, or violations of the Terms and Conditions. Users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before account closure; however, balances may be forfeited if fraud is established.
- Repeated violations of the Terms and Conditions.
- Submitting false identity information or forged documents.
- In cases of suspected money laundering or illegal activity.
- Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
- Upon instruction from a judicial or regulatory authority.
What happens when the terms change, and which law applies?
W830 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, a notification may be sent to your registered email or mobile number, though this is not mandatory. Updated terms take effect from the date of publication, and continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute between w830 and a user, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, Bangladesh's established Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedures will apply. Where both Bangla and English versions of these Terms exist, the Bangla version shall take precedence in matters of interpretation.
